Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Tabun Bakery LLC (“we,” “us”), the company behind TABUNA Bakery at 2840 N State Road 7, Hollywood, FL 33021, handles your personal information when you use the TABUNA Bakery loyalty app and website (the “App”).

Information you give us:

• Full name and phone number — to create your account and sign you in with a one-time code sent by text message.
• Date of birth, gender, and language preference — all optional. Birthdays are used for your birthday reward and to confirm you're old enough for the Rewards Wheel (18+). If you ask us to correct your birthday, we keep that request, including any note you add, until you delete your account.
• Feedback, ratings, survey, trivia and pick'em answers, and messages you send us through the App.
• Photos you choose to upload, such as a delivery receipt, so we can verify it and award points.

Information created by using the App:

• Your purchases at our bakery that are matched to your account, and the points, stars, rewards, redemptions and wheel spins on it.
• Referral activity — who you referred or who referred you.
• Your notification settings and a device identifier used only to deliver push notifications.
• Basic technical information (such as IP address and device or browser type) handled by our hosting providers to keep the App secure and working.

We do not collect payment card numbers (purchases are paid for in the bakery, not in the App), and the App does not access your location, contacts, camera, or microphone.

• Run your loyalty account: points, rewards, redemptions, tiers and referrals.
• Verify it's you when you sign in, and protect against fraud and abuse.
• Send notifications about your account, and optional surveys or feedback requests.
• Verify receipts you upload and award the matching points.
• Improve our food, service and the App, and answer messages you send us.

We do not use your information for third-party advertising, and the App contains no ads.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf to run the App, each limited to doing that job for us:

• our database and sign-in provider,
• our text-message provider (sign-in codes and account texts),
• our email provider,
• our push-notification provider,
• our web hosting provider, and
• an AI service provider that reads the receipt photos you upload so we can check them.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our legal rights and the safety of our customers.

• Update your name any time from your Profile. Your birthday is locked once saved because it decides eligibility for the 18+ Rewards Wheel, but you can ask us to correct it from your Profile — we review each request.
• Choose which optional notifications you get (specials, rewards and points, challenges and games, surveys and feedback) under Profile → Notifications. Account notifications (points earned, rewards ready or expiring) are part of running your account.
• Delete your account yourself from Profile → Delete my account, or see how to delete your account if you can't open the App.
• Ask us what we hold about you, or to correct it, at support@tabunabakery.com.

We keep your account information while your account is open. When you delete your account, we remove your name, phone number, date of birth, gender, messages, uploaded photos, notification settings, QR and referral codes, and any remaining points and stars. Records of past purchases stay in our accounting records with your name and contact details removed, because we must keep financial records for tax purposes. We also keep a one-way scrambled fingerprint of your phone number (it cannot be turned back into the number) only to stop one-time welcome and referral bonuses being given twice.

We protect your information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and limiting who on our team can see customer data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. Members aged 13 to 17 should have a parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top shows when it last changed, and we will tell members in the App about material changes.
